1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zemble Hub website and any orders you place for our STEM kits. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our products

Zemble Hub curates hands-on STEM kits for curious kids. Products are described on the site as accurately as possible. While we make every effort to display colours and details correctly, we cannot guarantee your screen reproduces them exactly.

Some products, such as the Radar Detector, are listed "price on request" and cannot be added directly to the cart — contact us for pricing and availability.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery fees. Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHC).

Payment is processed securely by Paystack. You may pay by debit or credit card, mobile money (MoMo) or bank transfer through the Paystack payment window. Zemble Hub does not store your payment card details.

We may cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, inaccurate or unauthorised.

4. Bundles

Bundles (such as the STEM Starter Bundle and Ultimate STEM Bundle) are fixed, curated sets. The contents shown in each bundle are exactly what you receive — bundles cannot be customised or swapped at checkout. Bundle savings are calculated against the combined regular price of the included kits.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Ghana. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location; you will receive tracking updates on WhatsApp where available. Bundles qualify for free delivery; delivery for other orders is calculated at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or discrepancy promptly.

6. Returns, exchanges & warranty

Unopened kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the kit is in its original packaging and resaleable condition. To start a return, contact us at Info.zemblehub@gmail.com.

If any part of your kit is missing or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement part. Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Schools & bulk orders

Quotes for schools and bulk orders are provided on request and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. School orders are subject to these Terms unless a separate agreement is signed.

8. Safety & supervision

Our kits contain small parts, batteries and tools that can pose a choking or injury risk. Young children should always build under adult supervision. Zemble Hub is not liable for injury resulting from misuse of a kit.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product names, logos, text and images — is the property of Zemble Hub unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or resell it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zemble Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
