Questions about delivery
No. You can nominate a trusted neighbour, family member or your school's office as a delivery point. Just let us know at checkout or on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Yes. We're based in East Legon Hills, Accra — message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a collection time. Collection orders skip delivery fees.
Contact us on WhatsApp or email and we'll investigate immediately. If a delivery is significantly delayed, we'll refund your shipping fee or prioritise a replacement dispatch.
Report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace any missing or broken parts free of charge — no returns needed.
